This schedule is subject to change. 2026 Longmire Days 5k and Fun Run o 5k, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, and Virtual 5k starting in Prosinksi Park (map) o 8:30 - 10:30 am, register on the event website Early History of Powder River Country o Nancy Tabb, Local History Librarian, will take us through the basic facts and happenings of this time in Wyoming’s history. o Johnson County Library (map) o 11:00 am - Noon - included with Longmire Access, registration required Autograph Session with Craig and Longmire Cast Members o This is one of the most sought-after tickets during the Longmire Days event. Please limit your items to be signed by each signer to two per ticket holder. o Bozeman Trail Conference Center (map) o These tickets will be sold in three separate one hour sessions - 11:00 am, Noon, or 1:00 pm, ticket required - $45, includes fees. Please attend only one session. Raptor Shows o The mission of the Black Hills Raptors is to conserve and protect native birds of prey and their natural habitats through education, rehabilitation, and research. Come on by George Washington Park near the band shell (map) and be mesmerized by these fascinating feathered friends. o Two shows at Noon and 1:00 pm o Free event, no ticket required When Johnson County Had A Rustling Problem o Local History Librarian, Nancy Tabb, will share stories of cattle rustling in Johnson County. o Johnson County Library (map) o 1:30 - 2:30 pm - included with Longmire Access, registration required The Write Word o Kirk Ellis & Craig Johnson o Bozeman Trail Conference Center (map) o 3:00 - 4:00 pm, ticket required - $7.50, includes fees Talent Show Practice o The Playhouse (map) o 3:00 - 4:30 pm, closed to public A Discussion of Powwow Highway with A. Martinez o Join A. Martinez for a discussion of this extraordinary and highly entertaining film. Powwow Highway tells the story of two very different Native Americans, Phibert Bono, a spiritual advisor, and Buddy Red Bow, a political activist, who embark on a road trip from Lame Deer, Montana to Santa Fe, New Mexico. The film, based on the novel by David Seals, explores themes of identity, cultural pride, and the challenges faced by Native Americans in modern society.
