As with every year, the net proceeds from the Virtual Longmire Days 2020 event will be donated to our national charity, K9s for Warriors, and our local charity, St. Francis Animal Shelter. Both organizations are driven by their missions and perform vital functions in their fields of operation. We are proud to support them in their very worthy work. We hope you enjoyed 9th year of Longmire Days.

Visit Absaroka County

Johnson County is nestled between the rolling plains of the Old West and the majestic peaks of the Bighorn Mountains. It is a picturesque area steeped in a rich history. A place of historic Indian battle sites, of the Bozeman Trail along which a person could seek their fortune, where Butch and Sundance sought respite, and where the Johnson County Cattle War left its indelible mark on the history of the west. Whether you come for our spectacular scenery, our host of outdoor recreation opportunities, or to mine the rich history of the area, there is something for everyone in Johnson County and Buffalo. Johnson County (Absaroka County), Wyoming will show you the best in western hospitality. When it is safe to travel far and wide again we hope you hang your hat and stay a while. See you on the virtual trail.
