Longmire Days 2021

This is your official source for all the information available about Longmire Days. With the ongoing protocols of Covid-19 still having an effect we here at the Longmire Foundation decided to take an unprecedented action and roll back the clock, making this year’s Longmire Days our 9.5 rather than our 10th anniversary, effectively saving our decade celebration for next year when we can fully enjoy the event with our friends, live and unfettered. Longmire Days 2021 occured in Durant (Buffalo), Wyoming. However, due to increasing cases of Covid-19 in the area we are unable to use some venues and provide various opportunities for planned in-person events, so we have switched as many of these events as possible to online. The events schedule shows archived online events available for viewing. We all had hopes that Longmire Days 2021 would be a more normal event than that which was presented in 2020, but circumstances kept that from happening. In an attempt to not add to the weight of an already overburdened municipality in Buffalo, we encouraged everyone traveling to have gotten their shots, wear their mask in crowds, and behave responsibly for the benefit of your fellow attendees. Here’s to hoping that we can all have a completely in-person Longmire Days next year. Thank you for understanding that we did this to protect our fans and our community at a time when we can all pull together, which has always been a Western tradition. We are still be making our charitable donations this year. Our national charity this year is the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center in Lame Deer, MT, which figures greatly in Craig Johnson’s recent novel, Daughter of the Morning Star, a New York Times bestseller. Our local charity beneficiary is the Johnson County Search and Rescue. Both of these organizations do lifesaving work, and we are proud to support them in their mission and trust that you will as well.
